Excuse me if this question is silly (I'm Autistic), But are Geocities sites archived by the WayBack machine? Because I'm thinking about creating my own Geocities site, and I would like it to be preserved.

There are many Geocities pages in the archive, and I see no current 'robots.txt' restriction on a few representative sites that would prevent a Geocities page from being archived. However, remember there's no guarantee a site will be archived or promptly discovered -- so after establishing your site, at Geocities or elsewhere, you should follow the FAQ instructions here to improve the chances of it being archived:

Thanks gojomo, I've just read the FAQ and I've submitted the site.
